Industrial SWPPP Development

Until we can end physical distancing due to COVID-19 all of our classes are being conducted as live, interactive webinars.  Using GoToWebinar, we can create virtual classrooms with instructor-led training, and we can include input, questions, and feedback from each attendee.  If the device you connect with does not have a microphone and speaker, you can use a dial-in phone number to speak directly with us.  

This specialty class will provide attendees with everything they need to know to develop site-specific and sector-specific Industrial Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.  Using webinar technology, attendees will develop their own SWPPP templates in class while receiving group and individual feedback on their progress.  This course will cover NOI information, building requirements with sector specific responses, permit requirements, report development, and SWPPP organization.

Attendees need access to their Industrial Stormwater Permit in an electronic format (such as .PDF) and should be comfortable using a word processing program such as  Microsoft Word.  Please have a pen/pencil, notepad, laptop with microphone/speakers and webcam for this class.  Registrants will receive a 3-ring binder with pre-printed tab dividers, binder cover, spine templates, and a flash drive to be used in class for the development of the Industrial Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.  There is a $20.00 non-refundable fee for material shipping.

Participants will  be awarded .7 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or 7 Personal Development hours (PDHs), and will also be awarded a Certificate of Participation indicating the successful completion of the primary objectives of this class.  There will be no testing for this session.  This online course is from 9 am to 4 pm EDT with a lunch break.

NOTE:  Class start/end times are subject to change and will be set by the instructor with advance notice to attendee.

Cancellations: Class fees are refunded if received 14 days prior to start date, registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed with notification to our business office. Cancellation or reschedule requests made less than 14 days of the class start date may not receive a refund nor a transfer. You agree to these terms when registering for the training.
