This concept is most comm only used in environmental regulations (such as stormwater permitting) to prevent developers from avoiding environmental requirements by building in smaller\, phased sections. \; We will look at this concept closely\, including the major elements and how to regulate them. We are plea sed to offer a series of monthly discussions on critical stormwater inspec tion issues. Called \;CSI Network \;these discussions are delivere d via interactive webinars\, and the topics apply to municipal\, construct ion and industrial regulations\, permits\, and inspections. These dis cussion meetings are free to current Certified Stormwater Inspectors (CSI) ™ while non-current CSI graduates\, and the general public\, can join se ssions for a $25 registration fee.. CSI Network meetings are scheduled f or a Wednesday once monthly beginning at 1:00 PM EDT. \; Each session is schedule for no more than 90 minutes. \; Check the registration cal endar for exact dates.
