Some of the most complex NPDES stormwater permits are those for the Construction and Development (C&D) Industry. Navigating through the process of staying in compliance while updating a project's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) when site changes happen daily, and sometimes every few hours, is challenging.
This class focuses on Construction Permits: how to interpret the regulations, how to apply them, and your discretion and authority as an inspector. Testing will be conducted; students are required to achieve a minimum overall score of 75% to be awarded .7 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) from the National Stormwater Center and a five (5) year Inspector Certificate.
