MS4 Workshop - Public Education and Public Participation

This one-hour video focuses on two of the MS4 Minimum Control Measures of Public Education and Public Participation/Involvement. It is intended for all municipal personnel whose responsibilities place them in positions to create and manage programs to involve and inform the public about stormwater efforts.
